These Terms of Sale govern the commercial relationship between ShortOpus and its customers regarding the purchase of credits and subscriptions for using the platform.
ShortOpus offers various subscription plans and credit packs with prices displayed in euros including tax on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, with new prices applying to future purchases.
Payments are accepted by:
Payment is due immediately upon order. Credits or subscriptions will only be activated after payment is received.
An invoice is automatically generated for each purchase and sent by email. Invoices are also accessible from your customer area.
Credits purchased as one-time packs have no expiration date. Credits included in a subscription are renewed at each billing period and do not carry over. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Subscriptions automatically renew at each billing period unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
No refund will be issued for cancellation during a subscription period.
You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of the transaction, provided you have not started using the credits. To do so, contact us at contact@shortopus.com.
In case of authorized refund, it will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
